Contactıng Us
The best ways to contact us quickly are by filling out a form or using WhatsApp. You can also send an email. By sharing your dental needs and providing photos or X-ray images of your teeth, you will help us offer you an accurate price quote and treatment plan. You can also request a video consultation.

Treatment Plan and Vıdeo Consultation
If you request a video consultation, we typically schedule an appointment on the same day. One of our doctors will call you to examine your teeth, listen to your needs, and create your treatment plan. If you do not request a video consultation, we will send you a detailed treatment plan and price quote following our communication.

Schedulıng an Appoıntment
Scheduling an appointment at KM Dental Clinics is very easy. Our international patients’ department will contact you to determine the most suitable date. Without any waiting time, we will schedule your appointment on the requested date or the day after. We value our patients’ time and strive to provide the fastest service possible.

Hotel Reservatıon and Travel Plan
Our team will fully support you with your travel plans and hotel reservations. We offer special discounts to our international patients at our partner hotels. We do not earn any profit from your hotel reservations; this is a service provided solely for the benefit of our patients. During appointment scheduling, we will provide you with the available hotel options and make the reservation for you once you make your choice. Thus, you will not need to take any additional steps. We collaborate only with 4-5 star hotels and prioritize your comfort. You are also free to choose and book your preferred hotel if you wish.

Arrıval ın Izmır
Welcome to Izmir! Upon your arrival, our professional team will meet you at the airport and escort you to your VIP vehicle, which will take you directly to your hotel. You will not waste time using airport shuttles or public transportation. This entire process is provided free of charge

Your Treatment
On the day of your appointment, one of our international patient coordinators will pick you up from your hotel. At our clinic, you will be welcomed by our doctors, and your treatment process will begin. During the treatment, you can ask your doctor any questions and discuss your treatment plan in more detail. Once your treatment is complete, you will be taken back to your hotel. Depending on your treatment plan, you may need to visit our clinic several times during your stay. For each appointment, you will be picked up from your hotel and taken back afterward.

Departure
After your treatment is complete, we recommend returning to our clinic for final checks. Once your treatment is fully completed, all you need to do is share your flight information. We will provide VIP airport transfer from your hotel.
